Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS)
DoD-funded research documents may be submitted to DTIC using the electronic content management system (ECMS), a secure online platform. To submit your document(s), click the graphic above. You must have a CAC or be a DTIC registered user to access ECMS.

Please note that, due to the large volume of reports submitted to DTIC, it may take several months to process and make your report accessible in the DTIC technical reports collection. DTIC is working to streamline the process and implement automated tools to reduce processing time. Please watch for updates on our progress.
